On September 6, 2025, the 12th Samsung International Symposium on Hearing Aids and Implantable Hearing Devices (SISHA-IHD) was held at the Samsung Medical Center, Sungkyunkwan University School of Medicine.
Professor Jee Eun Sung delivered a presentation in the fourth session entitled “Restoring Internal Attention: Language-Cognition Rehabilitation in Hearing-Impaired Older Adults.”
The symposium also featured several sessions by principal investigators from partner institutions currently collaborating on the National Research Foundation of Korea’s Global Convergence Research Program. These sessions fostered active academic exchange and are expected to further strengthen collaborative research throughout the remainder of the project period.
2025년 9월 6일, 성균관대학교 의과대학 삼성서울병원에서 제 12회 삼성 국제 보청기 및 이식형 청각기기 심포지엄(Samsung International Symposium on Hearing Aids and Implantable Hearing devices)이 개최되었다.
성지은 교수님께서는 네 번째 세션에서 Restoring Internal Attention: Language-Cognition Rehabilitation in Hearing-Impaired Older Adults라는 주제로 발표를 진행하셨다.
또한 현재 한국연구재단 글로벌융합연구 지원사업을 함께 수행 중인 공동연구기관 책임자들의 발표 세션도 다수 포함되어 있어, 활발한 연구 교류가 이루어졌으며 앞으로 남은 연구 기간 동안 더욱 활발한 공동연구가 전개될 것으로 기대된다.
