On Thursday, November 6, Professor Jee Eun Sung gave an invited talk at the 2025 Fall Conference of the Korean Society for Brain Function Mapping (KSBFM).
She spoke in Symposium 2: Brain Functional Activation, Water Dynamics, and Treatment Effects Reflected Through the Lens of Near-Infrared Spectroscopy, delivering a presentation titled: “Working memory training with tDCS (transcranial direct current stimulation) improved cognitive-linguistic performance of older adults: An fNIRS study.” The talk primarily addressed the potential of tDCS as an adjunct to behavioral therapy for enhancing working memory and language comprehension in aging populations.
